Clearview council has approved a tender for the first phase of the Stayner Downtown Improvement Plan. Phase One relates to the Centennial Park project which includes trailhead and parkland development, reducing barriers and increasing accessibility as well as enhancing access to the trails, cycling and walking infrastructure. The overarching goal of the ambitious three phase plan is to revitalize the downtown’s unique character to meet the needs of both the rapidly growing community and visitors.
